Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the unfortunate spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have been receiving lots of enquiries over the phone and via email about our operations during this time. Therefore we have decided to answer the most frequently asked questions in this blog post.

 

1. Are you operating?

We are currently closed due to the Governments lockdown regulations. Please do not hesitate to call us if you would like any more information regarding the temporary closure of our punting operations.

2. What if I already have a booking with you?

We are being flexible with our bookings up till the end of June, allowing them to change to another date (subject to availability) or receive a full credit note valid for 12 months. If these options are not viable for customers we are also asking for people to consider opting for a 70% refund, instead of a full refund, to assist in paying essential costs to cover our business over the next few months – As for everyone, these are incredibly hard times for small businesses, especially in the tourism sector and any gestures of kindness and good will are hugely appreciated.

3. What if my booking with you is after June?

As this is an unsure time for everyone, it is not known how long the governments restrictions are going to be in place for. This being said we are dealing with immediate bookings up until June. Once we know more information regarding the length of these restrictions, we will be able to make a decision regarding future bookings.

4. Can I make a booking for the future?

We are currently unsure of when we will be able to resume operations fully. If you would like to make a booking for the summer please email or call us. This way we can take your details and book you in without taking payment. Once we have a date for reopening we will then contact customers and ask for payments to confirm any future bookings.
