Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or money refunded.

Bookings cancelled more that 48 hours in advance are eligible to a 70% refund. If only a deposit has been taken this will be retained. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours will not be refunded.

If you would like to reschedule your booking this can be done up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Bookings cannot be rescheduled on the day.

If you fail to show up for your tour without letting us know, no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.

Traditional Punting Company reserves the right to withdraw a tour at any given time. In this case any outstanding bookings will be given the choice of an alternative product of equal or higher value or a full refund.

Bad weather

Tours still run if it rains as we have umbrellas and blankets on the boat. If there is heavy rain we do still run tours, however we will offer you a voucher to return by prior arrangements within 6 months.

Sometimes, we will be forced to close if there is a risk to the health and safety of our customers and staff. In the event of this happening, we will contact all bookings at the earliest opportunity and those affected will be entitled to either a full refund or rescheduling for another date.
